At 7:40 am, it was confirmed that a stabbing incident inside a heavily guarded building for the High Profile Inmates has caused the life of a Chinese Drug Lord.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre ll released his statement about the stabbing incident that took away the life of a Chinese Druglord namely Tony Co. The knife used was suspiciously under the possession of Tony Co himself.
They were said to be having a "Shabu Session" under the heavily guarded prison of Building 14, patrolled by the police elite team, Special Action Force (SAF).
A former police officer, who was also an inmate, was said to try and stop the session going on but was attacked by Tony Co with the knife. Officials are unsure on how such weapon and drugs came past through their security checks despite the Oplan Galugad that they have conducted.
Aguirre said that the will soon file charges against Sen. Leila De Lima for her involvement in Drug Trades and accepting money for Peter Co's niece to be released. Aguirre stated that he will assign people to handle the investigation since he has to accompany President Rodrigo Duterte to his trip on Vietnam.
Peter Co is reported to be in a critical condition while Sebastian is now stable since he was hurriedly admitted to Muntinlupa Hospital. Another high profile inmate Vicente Sy was also reported to be wounded due to the incident.
