On Friday, November 13, a certain Facebook user Archel Cabanas, posted photos of an unidentified disabled vendor who tried to sell Sampaguita in an undisclosed location despite the heavy rain just to make enough cash to buy and serve food on the family table, made rounds online and has captured the hearts of netizens.
