VIRAL: Former Police Gives an Open Letter to President Duterte and Gen. Bato Dela Rosa

The war on drgs is still going on within the Philippines. The newly elected President really gave his word and stood by it when he said that he will eliminate drgs within the country.
With that said, a vast amount of extra-jdicial kill!ngs have been done and people have been claiming for themselves whether or not a life should be taken. They would even falsely accuse one of using drugs.

A father, and a retired intelligence officer SPO4 Alfred Jebulan had been extremely broken hearted with his son's death that was caused by a riding in tandem.
His son was celebrating his good grades for his semester when he was suddenly sh0t in the he@d. His father, all confused about what happened, had released his concern via an open letter posted by his daughter.
