Over 10,000 Contractual Workers Now Regularized

It has been reported that about 195 companies have volunteered to regularize their workers that were only contractual as before.

President Rodrigo Duterte has already given his statement even before about his plan of aboloshing contractual work in the Philippines which he believes, is taking away the rights of his people.

There were also orders given to large contractual companies that they will be revoked of their registration to operate if so that their workers shall not be regularized.

An order was formally given that if so a comoany fails to give proof that they have regular worker, then their operation has to be shut down within a given time.

Because of this, companies have taken their step into the President's given plan. Even the biggest companies have given this opportunity to their trusted and loyal workers. It is indeed a huge step into a more progressive country now that we have decided to serve the people who serve us.
