The so called eye witness currently being investigated at the court is not only facing the highly respected senators but now a case against him.
An anonymous citizen has filed charges against Matobato. The man filed Frustrated Murder against the man after allegedly being pinned down and almost killed by him.
An artist sketch was released and was even compared to Matobato's face on television and they were very alike.
"I am very sure it was him, I remember his face because he was so close."
Matobato's side has yet to speak of regarding the matter. It seems like the witness is now being slowly "known" in a way or two but never in the manner where he should be carrying the title as a witness himself.
