WATCH: Condo Unit Owner Goes Beastmode Over an OFW and Her Family

A video of a condo unit owner confronting an OFW tenant with her children went viral on social media and caught the attention of many netizens.

The incident occured last July 31, 2016 in which the unit owner had a heated argument with the family because of them taking photos and videos around the condo's premises which is prohibited. The man was identified as Louie Baltazar.

The family then apologized and tried to avoid any further altercations after Baltazar stated the rules and regulations inside the condominium. He angrily blasted the family for their activities that would compromise the safety and security of the residents.

The man earned ire and rage in many people's eyes after displaying his arrogance towards the family.The video has since garnered a million views and shares, criticizing Baltazar for his lack of respect.
