Read This if You Are Wearing a Bra When You Go to Sleep. You Will Be Surprised!

The great debate about wearing a bra when going to sleep. To remove? Or not to remove? That is the dilemma running around in most women's minds. And while some of them feel comfortable wearing one while going to bed, others just find it too uncomfortable.
So the question is, should you remove your bra when you go to sleep? Read on to find out!

Most women tend to remove their bras before going to sleep as this allows their breasts to breathe freely and according to most beliefs, prevent breast cancer.  Others wear them to prevent sagging from their breasts. But what is recommended by health experts?

The truth is none of these claims are just myths. There is no scientific study that backs up removing your bra before going to sleep prevents breast cancer. Breast sagging isn't prevented as well when you wear a bra while you sleep because it is mostly caused by aging, genetics, breastfeeding and pregnancy. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide on whether or not you wear your bra when you go to sleep. Go with what's comfortable for you so you can get a good night's rest without thinking too much about your brassieres.

Some women may want to remove their bras especially those who sweat a lot and have skin that is easily irritated as it may cause discomfort during your sleep.

It's also important to get an idea on the material of choice used for your bras. Go with well-fitted and soft-cupped brassieres that offer the most comfort to support your breasts properly.
