Veteran actor Cesar Montano was fuming with rage as he was evidently frustrated after his flight plans were altered by the emergency closure of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
A video was uploaded on his Facebook account in which the exhausted and frustrated actor expressed his sentiments by saying "Hindi makatao 'tong ginawa nila sa amin." He also added "They should amend their policy kung concern nila ang mga tao, kung priority nila safety ng passengers."
One of the issues was the lack of transportation vehicles to be used to escort the passengers to the main terminals and buses in Manila.
