Kidnappers of Elementary Students in Cebu Arrested by Police!

Local police authorities in Cebu city arrested six individuals who were tagged as suspects of the alleged kidnapping attempt of elementary students in Minglanilla last Thursday. According to numerous reports, the suspects tried to lure the children into their white L300 van which was parked outside of the Minglanilla Central School.

The children ran away from the suspects after they were supposedly lured into taking a look at the guava fruit they were offering. Following the incident, Mingalnilla policemen immediately took action which led to the arrest of the six suspects.

A video of the arrest went viral on social media and caught the attention of many netizens. It can be seen that numerous people have gathered outside Minglanilla Police Station wherein the suspects are detained. According to Minglanilla Police Station Chief Dexter Calacar, the parents will file a case against the suspects for attempting to abduct their children.
