It was an all-out rampage as the guy in the white shirt went back inside his truck but the two men were furious and enraged, attacking the guy's truck and broke the windshield.
Traffic enforcers and security officials intervened with the incident but could not dissipate the situation as the furious truck driver chased down the two men and batted them down with a steel pipe.
Incidents like these are prevalent in Metro Manila where traffic sometimes gets in the nerves of motorists and drivers.
