Sinking Cargo Vessel Spotted in Manila Bay and Draws Curiosity From Many People!

Many were left in curiosity after a large vessel which was anchored in Manila Bay started sinking. Coast Guard authorities and photographers spotted the cargo ship slowly being swallowed by the waters.
The vessel was spotted near the U.S. Embassy along Roxas Boulevard earlier last Sunday morning. Super Radyo dzBB's Mao dela Cruz reported that the cargo ship was tilting to the left (port side) as it sinks into the water.
He said that local bystanders witnessed the vessel was in a normal position and from there they saw it slowly tilting to its left side. After a few moments, the stern of the ship was submerged in the waters. Recent information reveals that the cargo vessel was anchored in Manila Bay since 2009.

The ship was taken under control by the Philippine Coast Guard off of Mariveles, Bataan after it was discovered that it was used for smuggling firearms.

Currently, local Coast Guard authorities are investigating the entire incident.
