DOLE Announces 14,000 Job Vacancies Await Filipino Workers In Canada

Filipinos who aspire and kept dreaming of working in Canada is now not impossible as the country is currently offering thousands of job opportunities to fill.

Recently, the Saskatchewan province, one of the economic powerhouses of Canada had signed up for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on enhancing the provisions of the previous labor agreement with the purpose of opening up more job prospects and providing better protection for Filipinos in the Canadian province.

DOLE announced that more than 14,000 job opportunities await for Filipino workers in Canada. Filipino workers in the country are one of the world’s most well-paid immigrants in the former British territory.

The Canadian government is looking for prospective employees in the Philippines as well as other Asian countries to fill out these vacancies.

Some of the available jobs are for those working in the field of health, education, natural and applied sciences, social science, government service, transportation, trade, manufacturing, and oil and gas processing.Cited by The Dailypedia.com, according to a Canadian official, Canadian employers favor Filipino workers over other nationalities.
